Transit Gateway Cross Account Sharing

In order to attach a VPC from Account 1 to a Transit Gateway in Account 2 the Transit Gateway in Acount 2 must be shared with Account 1 through resource sharing. This would require AWS Organizaions to be setup and enabled.
